  Been to a couple billiards places in Barrie. This one takes the cake. Wasn't too busy to still grab a table on a Tuesday night. Wings were pretty good. Equipment was in good condition. Great pub-like atmosphere.

  I've been to Alliance Billiards a few times with friends and up until today I would have recommended it my anyone. Today when I visited the bartender accused my friend of using a fake debit card because the chip reader wasn't working. She took the card and threatened to cut it up. Then she overcharged us for the number of games we played on the tables and said that she had been watching and that we played 8 games when we only played six and insisted that we pay for the extra games we DIDN'T EVEN PLAY! To top it all off my friend who ordered the jalapeno poppers asked for a glass of tap water and was told that would coat 2.50. And she went on to explain how they would have to buy glasses, pay the water bill and run the dishwasher. I honestly cannot believe that the staff treat customers like this. After a few great visits I'm really disappointed in how we were treated and will not be back!

  The staff are friendly here but slow with orders. The tables are usually busy so at peak times, you may want to reserve one ahead. Overall, I had a great time.

  Food was good. The atmosphere was laid-back and they had a good live band on Saturday night.
