  My friend and I were having a night in and we were craving pizza, I received gift cards back in June 2016 for Ital Pizza in Barrie so we decided to give it a try. I called to place my order but before placing my order I inquired about the gift cards I received back in June for $35. I asked if I could use my gift cards I had and their (her) response was rude stating they're under new ownership and would not be accepting any gift cards that were already purchased previously under the old ownership. I asked to speak to a manager on duty and got the same response. I work in the service industry myself and anytime something like this had arised we would accommodate their voucher due to the fact we like to keep our customers happy and keep good clientel. That is not the case for Ital Pizza they seem to not care about old/new clientel by the sounds of it by not accepting previously purchased gift cards so basically the money spent on all of these gift cards are now in the wind and voided nill. Poor customer service on their end!. Which in turn forced us to order elsewhere from a competing restaurant.

  Wrong ingredients, when called back after receiving. Told i was wrong what i ordered

  This pizza place is dope!
  Their crust is the best in town by far, and their garlic dip is made in house -- delicious!
  
  If you're anywhere nearby and looking for a great slice, stop by! You'll be so glad you did :)
