  This was the worst experience I have ever had at an East sides. The waitress took 45 minutes to get our group menus and drinks. We had 15 people so we were a fair size but the wait time was horrendous. After the dinner in she admitted to having no idea who had what even though she had written it down, we walked her through the bills and they were still not correct. We were finally able to get out 3 hours and 15 minutes after being seated.
  
  Will never go back there especially with the options around.

  Sat down to a wet table, dirty utensils and waited 15 minutes for our waitress to take our beverage order. We were given a soaking wet board of cold bread in wet bags with water in the butter cups. Calamari was under cooked and soggy. The Caesar salad lettuce was brown and full of water. It was like begging to get our waitress to bring us fresh salad and pop refill. Ceiling lights are crazy bright and are angled to burn your retinas out. It just was horrible all around. Will never go back. Worst restaurant experience we've ever had by far. Hands down.

  Sat down here for a date with my fiancé and we received some of the worst service Ive ever experienced with this chain. The server ignored our table for most of the time we were there and it was not even busy, another server brought us all our food, server did not know the menu or the prices of beer that were not listed on the menu at all other then $1.50 upgrade to 'Mario size'. Would not return or refer anyone looking for even average service.

  Pasta was under cooked and clumped together, and Alfredo sauce was very bland and large stems(over 5 inches) were in the salad, never did get the pop refill or the other loaf of bread we asked for..

  Worst experience ever. The server was in a bad mood did not pay attention to our orders walked away in the middle of talking and threw our food infront of us and the food was not cooked.
