  Went on Saturday night for carry out halibut fish and chips. When I got home and opened the box the fish was on its side covered with fries that looked like they used old dried out fries supplemented with some fresh overcooked ones. I pulled the fish out of the box and there is this puny piece of grease soaked fish that only weighed 2.2 ounces and that was with all the grease that was literally glistening on the batter. They really have their nerve to serve this fish as a serving of halibut. Typically halibut is served in 5 or 6 ounce pieces. I will never go back and will use the other two fish and chip shops in Barrie, Danny's and Captain George's where at least I know I will get a decent sized piece of fish.

  Went to get 3 and 1 halibut and chips at 6 PM on Good Friday. Told I would have an hour wait. That then turned into over 2 hours only to overhear they ran out before finishing other orders. You would think these idiots would be able to count beyond their fingers and toes and know how many halibut pieces were left and knew they did not have enough to fill more orders. Got my $30.00 refund and went to Danny's for take out. They obviously planned to have enough halibut for Good Friday orders.

  Really good fish and chips, price is honest and reasonable as well, however can get really busy on a Friday night so go early. Fish is cooked nicely and the batter is great as well. Only downside is the wait and the coleslaw feels like it is missing something.

  Horrible service! The women there were absolutely rude! Paid for our food, only got half of what we paid for, then told they didn't charge us for what we ordered so we'd have to pay MORE after we already spent 30 dollars on food I KNOW they charged us for but didn't give us. Fish was soggy, fries were undercooked, so dissatisfied with everything.
