  Tuesday May 9th/17 between the hours of 6:30pm - 7pm, went to the location downtown with my friend to have a nice outing, we ordered my friend already had received his part of the order and was sitting eating it and i was waiting for mine still which was melting in a cup on top of the ice cream machine then after about 5 mins or so they come and tell me that there isn't any filling left for my MC flurry and well waiting before they addressed me about the filling being out I noticed there was a cross contamination going on with the individual who was touching the garbage with no gloves on then touching the food after before the hand washing should have happened it grossed me out to the point i asked for my money back for my MC flurry cause my friend was already eating his and later when i was leaving the individual is giving me an evil eye look and I just told the individual to make sure to put gloves on in the work place when handling food cause your going to get someone very sick if u don't.
  
  please note: I have worked in different food establishments over the years in Barrie.
  
  Feel free anytime to request proof from me for my resume and a suggestion for your staff to do some food safety training so your not loosing out on money by the customers or by lawsuit's and making the head office of MC Donald's look bad cause of this locations for your time have a wonderful day.

  Horrible.....
  I usually do drive through but my meal is never complete.
  Most of the time the sauce I asked for is never added in my order. And there was a time they used normal bag for happy meal and my children were not happy because they like carrying their meal by themselves. . they weren't sure if it was happy meal I got for them or just normal snack.
  You guys need to work on making sure that customer order are complete.. and they never have correct toys for happy meal..it's either they have girls only toys or boys only toys... too many issues....
  this will be my last visit.

  SPIT IN MY FOOD!! Took 13 min from ordering to get my food..not including the 5-10 min I waited to place that order. I complained and asked what kind of customer service gesture I would get for waiting so long. Nothing. He laughed because I'd been waiting that long. I'm also 100% certain he spit in my bag. Food not eaten. I WILL be calling head office tomorrow and they WILL review their cameras.

  Worst customer service ever!!! My order is always wrong and after reminding a cashier about my forgotten ice cream cone she told me to "wait my turn" and rolled her eyes at me. So disappointed with this service.

  In the drivethru, I chose the lane on the left. I should have been behind the black truck but by the time I got thru 5 cars on the right were ahead of me. Cars in the right lane do not let cars in from the left lane. Grrrrr..... This MacDonald's needs a set of lights to direct traffic.
