  Best pizza place in Barrie. On the way to my house right now. Amazing prices, nice staff and usually quicker delivery then the times they tell you. Pepperoni has a nice bite and veggies are always fresh.

  Absolutely no complaints about this place... We were at the Horseshoe Resort and used these guys for delivery. Service (on the phone) was courteous and delivery was prompt (45 minutes). Kids loved the pizza and the wings.
  
  Will repeat for sure!

  Pizza is ok tasting but went here with my buddy who is a chief as we walked in we saw 5 employees behind a counter in a very small kitchenette... the grime between the floor tiles shows me no care was taken when cleaning the place.. as my buddy and i waited for our food the employees seemed uncomfortable with my best friend in his chief outfit watching them cook where he witnessed several big NOs in food industry including cross contamination and eating while on the job.... gross to see ur food being made and watching the guys eat food and lick fingers while making ur food...

  I want to start this by saying we have always had a great service here prior and we do still think this place is good. They resolved the issue tonight (in the end) politely.
  
  That being said I was very disappointed. We went and ordered two pitas and two drinks. Waited and went home with our food. Our order was wrong and we returned to wait another 25 minutes for our food to be remade. They were very happy to remake it for us (thank you).
  
  We then went home with out pitas again and I got most of the way through mine before biting into a giant hard and very sharp piece of chicken bone. After already going back once this is now very concerning. I almost snapped my tooth.
  
  Real point: If I had swallowed that piece I could be in serious trouble in the hospital.
  
  I called politely to tell them the other food was great but that had happened to me and I was very disappointed. I was put on hold (not that I totally mind, I can understand) more than once and then was asked multiple times when I explained myself "what the problem was".
  
  Then they mentioned the chicken is prepacked so they don't know what they can do about it. So I told them I'd be coming back to speak with them because this was unacceptable and I would show it to them. It doesn't matter if it's your fault- you take that up with the company that supplies it. I just want to eat a wrap without potential death or broken teeth.
  
  We drove back AGAIN (twice to go back now).
  And they were happy to offer to remake it. Considering I wouldn't finish mine I politely said no. They did give me a refund when I asked them for one (thank you).
  
  I just want other to be aware to take caution when eating food from this place. Thank you for being polite and rectifying it as much as you could. But it was very dangerous and others should be warned before hand.
