  Food is great tasting!!!! Great service!!!! You have a cooktop on every table to cook your food. ( meat ) You can ask your server to cook it as well if you are not into that. I believe it was 14.99 for the all you can eat lunch. You get very small portion because the store owner does not like to waste food ( days on the menu) but you get as many dishes as you can eat. Enjoyable.

  After travelling to Thailand, we fell in love with Thai cuisine. Royal Thai is our go-to for Asian take-out. Lee makes GREAT fresh Thai dishes. My favourite: Best Mango Salad. Ever.

  This is kind of an unusual review. We ordered online from this restaurant accidentally because it has the same name and a similar logo to a restaurant down the street in Ottawa. Totally my mistake, and as soon as we realised I called to cancel.
  
  Although this was my mistake, the guy I spoke to on the phone immediately told me that they've had this happen before, but they don't do anything to confirm orders. He was unable to offer even a partial refund or a gift card for the amount ordered. He told me that although this happens, the restaurant sees no onus on themselves to confirm orders placed online by phone, which is a fairly common practice.
  
  I worked for seven years in a restaurant and I know that this kind of thing happens. It would never have occurred to us not to find a way to work with a customer the first time it happened or to just let it keep happening. Maybe the food here is great, maybe it's not. But I feel like the shockingly bad customer service I experienced by phone could easily translate to a bad experience in the restaurant. I certainly wouldn't come here if you have any out of the ordinary needs or requests, and will never visit them myself.
