  I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SAN FRANCISCO SANDWICHES. I only hate how far out this place is in Barrie. They need to open one on the south end of town. I would eat there more often if it was closer. The service, and staff are great. Always very friendly and helpful. AND the steak sandwiches are amazing! I have read some of these reviews, and I have never had a problem. My family of 6 gets pulled pork, veal and the steak sandwiches and they are always meaty and taste amazing. Don't listen to the negative reviews, give this place a try. My only downside to this place is the location, wish it was closer.

  Terrible experience
  Ordered the steak and onion sandwich with no onions. It came with onions. The steak didn't even cover the bottom piece of bun. The sauce made the bun soggy and fall apart. Hard to eat. I was expecting a toasted bun with melted cheese on one side and and lots (about 3 times what i got) of yummy steak on the other. My husband was expecting his sandwhich toasted with cheese. I wanted the option of lettuce,tomato and mayo on it but not for an extra $1.50. Two sandwiches, 2 fries and a gravy for almost $30. Hardly worth it. Value for my money $0. Only good thing was that I liked the fries. Probably will not go back. I did find the menu on line.

  Racist commercial on radio- Super offensive and horrible fake Italian accent. Didn't eat here and probably won't because apparently making fun of Italian culture is cool and funny.
