I sent an email complaining about it and the manager called many days later and not only did she sound very rude and annoyed that I complained, she also offered no apologies and said I can call back by 2 pm. Normal people have to work past 2 pm. I understand that they might not think it's a big deal but unless I ask for it I'd rather a hair free sandwich.April 13, 2017
