  At the end of December, my husband and I went to the take out and ordered 3 adult meals and 2 kids meals. It was busy so we expected a wait although no one said how long it would be. We waited in the car as the waiting room was busy. After 1/2 hour, my husband went to check and they said we were next in line. After 15 minutes he went back in and they told him again that we were still next in line. After another 15 minutes we asked to see the Manager and he also said we were next in line but it wasn't even started yet. In the mean time, people were coming in and leaving with their orders. We asked for our money back because we had already waited over an hour. We did not get any apology at all, it was like they could care less. I emailed the head office and they did not get even respond. It has so gone downhill.

  I'm quite disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered delivery at 830pm online, they quoted me a 920pm delivery time. I know delivery can take a while I'm pretty patient however by 950 I was a bit upset. The store closes at 10 so I thought I'd better call now and see what's going on. I rang the store four times in a row and no one would pick up the phone. I used the tracker to track my order and it said I had no order even though I have an order confirmation number. I didn't get my food delivered to me and I'm never ordering from here again.

  Consistently good food. It is served quickly and is inexpensive which is great for families. The servers are always great too.

  My last visit was not bad, but not great either. On sunday Feb 26, 2017, I decided to go out for a quick bite before going home. The restuarant had a fair amount of diners but I wouldn't say it was busy. I stood at the " wait to be seated spot " for a full 15 minutes before anyone approached or spoke to me. Eventually a waitress spotted me and said, " i will be right with you." Another 5 minutes later she came over and seated me. I ordered but had to wait for my tea, another 10 minutes but with an apology from my waitress for the wait. Food came in a reasonable time, was hot, and rest of the service was good, because I had a new server. Not the best dining experience... but not the worst either.

  had an awful experience with the delivery from here so the manager was kind enough to treat us to a complimentary meal in house. It was SO good! Just how I remembered it! Quick service , great food and friendly wait staff. Will always recommend dining in at Swiss Chalet! Thankyou :)
