  The last time I was here I ordered a farmers breakfast wrap and it wasnt made right, I didnt ask for anything special just a regular wrap. The service was slow as per usual which I dont mind as long as my food and coffee are right. Staff are always pleasant to deal with though!

  Nice clean location near one of the exits to Georgian Mall.
  
  Staff are kind and courteous, the pace of service here is a little slower than you'd receive in Toronto but faster than what you see in Cottage Country.

  Always a line. Also they put a small locally owned Second Cup out of business by opening right next door. The couple lost everything. This was disgusting

  It's location is conveniently by one of the mall entrances. It's quite small and usually has a line up. The service is excellent though.
