  Extremely rude in both person and phone. Placed a large order went to pick it up and was told we didn't place an order and in the wrong place my son tried to ask for help as he was the one that called and checked the address before he left and was told you are in the wrong place we can't help you. Confused as we went home to look up the number we called to call back and ask if we placed an order. A very rude young lady answered the phone and said yes you placed an order we gave it away. I asked why did you tell me son we didn't place an order and he was in the wrong place she replied" I didn't tell him that the Manager did and what do you want me to do about it".
  
  I am in the customer service industry and I will never order from here again and if a manager or employees talk to paying customers like that as an owner I would be appalled and would speak to my staff. I will definitely let everyone know our experience.

  I really enjoyed the homemade burger. The meat was cooked and seasoned very well. I wasn't expecting that from a wing & beer joint.
