  Terrible, terrible communication! Ordered a pizza and confirmed the address with the worker on the phone and was told it would be delivered in 50 minutes. 1 hour later got a rude call saying they don't deliver to the address I gave them that they confirmed! Don't say you deliver to a certain address if you have no idea. Never going to order here again.

  Absolutely terrible! Paper plates, plastic utensils, canned beverages, brutal service, no formality whatsoever, food brought to table in takeout containers and boxes, incredibly dirty. You won't leave this place with no appetite from being full, you'll more likely have a sore stomach based on the pitiful disgust you will feel about this dining experience...

  We used to go to this location all the time and loved it, however, it has become horrible. I would give it a zero if possible. We have ordered multiple times and the order was incorrect, but we decided to let it slide because everyone makes mistakes every now and then. Last night was our last straw. First of all, when I called to place the order, I asked a simple question about one of the pizzas, and the lady said: "are you calling to just ask questions about pizza or actually order a pizza?" (In a very rude tone). I understand that this was the call centre and not this Pizza Hut location, but it was rude nevertheless. Once we placed the order we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrive after 20 minutes and we pay for it and sit waiting. After I noticed it said my order was ready, I got up to go and get my order and they tell me to wait another 10 minutes. At this point, I'm angry because someone has come in and placed their order and received it before I got mine. I go up after 10 min to check on the status of my order and I come to find out they had never even started making it - even AFTER the girl told me to wait another 10 minutes. I was not impressed to say the least as it had now been over an hour since I called and placed the order. Worse yet, they didn't even seem that apologetic. Their excuse was that they were 'busy' - but yet people came in while I was waiting, ordered, and received their pizza, and they hadn't even started mine. I refuse to ever give them business again! Absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I left without pizza and went to McDonalds.

  Worst place ever. Order your stuff via some random call centre and pick it up only to see it keep cooking for 7 minutes then start again at 7 minutes . They had extra pizzas sitting there but never recieved my order? Also a driver came back with pizzas because no one answered the house. He called and knocked a bunch.They just gave me my money back because they had no dough ready for another 40 mins plus 30$ discount. This business is horrible. They have nothing for me but they do pizzas everywhere that no one is claiming. Who knew making pizza and selling it was so hard! Even as a franchise! Spend the extra few minutes to go anywhere else.
