  Worst burger I have ever had. Was burnt when I told staff my burger was burnt they said that's how they all are. Definitely won't eat there again. Only recommend if you like expensive burnt good.

  First time eating here and my patty was pink in multiple places. Now, I understand, we're all human--but having a ground beef patty that's pink in multiple places around the edges is not a nice way to look at a 6-dollar burger. And neither is having your concern dismissed. My father complained and was told, "We cook our burgers to 160*F" and not even offered a replacement or anything. Basically they told me to eat a thin, pink-in-places patty. They mentioned something about a "well done" option as well, but as a first-time customer, that option wasn't displayed prominently enough (otherwise I would've asked for the thing charbroiled as best they could) or even presented as an option when the order was being taken--along with the different bun options.
  
  I never once saw a thermometer after the guy pulled it off the fire and set it on my bun, and I stood there the whole time, so their claim of cooking it to a certain temperature is absolutely ludicrous. The patty itself was essentially 2 layers of ground beef, like the kind you pull from a grocery store (looking very fresh from a grinder), that was in the shape of a patty and browned on both sides. Incredibly unappealing and NOT worth the cost. Ended up only having 2 bites, leaving after complaining, and feeling so disgusted afterward that I couldn't eat. Disappointing, because the toppings were nice, but the patty? I don't care if it's angus beef if it comes to me still pink in multiple places and goes cold after 2 minutes. I wish I had taken some pictures because it was pink where I took a bite and pink on the opposite end, too. I could literally peel the burger in half, and it wasn't very warm to the touch, either, and find pink spots throughout. Waste of money and waste of a burger craving. Utterly irresponsible to dismiss a customer's concerns about food safety. Never eating here again--I'd rather spend 6$ on some ground beef and make my own patties.
  
  My father and I both got 4-ounce burgers. His was cooked fine. Mine was not. The cooking is clearly inconsistent, especially seeing reviews here from a month ago saying patties were burnt. We both had fries and drinks, and the total bill was nearly 30$. Not worth it at all. Neither of us will come here again.
  
  The fries weren't anything to tip a hat to, either. They dried out very quickly and I couldn't eat them without ketchup to help get them down and combat the dryness.

  So I haven't had a burger in over 2 years. We decided to go crazy and if we were going to eat a burger it wasn't going to be McDonald's! Walking in, it was quiet, clean and you could tell where the money was going. They spent a lot on the decor and overall look of the place. Not complaining until we paid $28 something for 2 burgers, 1 fry and a bottle of water! WTF! Yes it was tasty but I was expecting a bigger burger then what I got. The buns were nothing special as they were brought in pre packaged. The toppings were just enough to say they were there. Overall not impressed and probably will not be returning. Either drop your prices or up your sizes. Not good value for the buck!

  Always a pleasant experience, love the food and the people working. Always smiling and having a good time when they are working. Burgers and fries are always delicious and the place has always been clean when I bring my kids for dinner. It is well priced for the food that is served although the fries could be lessened in price but other then that all good reviews from me. I'm a reoccurring customer
