  The unkind staff was a liar. We arrived at 22:45. While waiting for our drinks, we logged into Tim Hortons Wifi but after 10 minutes, there was no more signal. To our questioning the staff said there is no wifi after 22:00. So we got our drinks, sat around for a while and went outside. After a minute, I came back in just to find the wifi all mighty and strong. The staff were looking at me, knowing my discovery but avoided my confrontational glance. Shame, Tim Hortons, shame.
